Terms of Service

1. Service

ProviderMove Radar provides sales intelligence based on public healthcare provider records and related workflow tools, including territories, watch rules, lead matching, digests, exports, and feedback.

2. Appropriate use

You may use the service for business prospecting, sales operations, and account research. You may not use it for unlawful purposes, credential verification, clinical decision-making, patient care, credit decisions, employment decisions, or any use that requires regulated patient data.

3. Data source and accuracy

The product uses public provider data and derived change detection. We work to improve quality, but the service is provided as sales intelligence and may contain delays, omissions, duplicates, or errors. You are responsible for verifying information before relying on it.

4. Accounts and security

You are responsible for safeguarding login credentials and for activity in your workspace. Contact support@providermoveradar.com if you believe your account was accessed without authorization.

5. Subscriptions, cancellation, and refunds

Paid plans are billed monthly through Stripe unless otherwise agreed in writing. You may cancel at any time through billing support or the customer portal when available. Cancellation stops renewal at the end of the current billing period. Fees already paid are generally non-refundable except where required by law or where we agree that a billing error occurred.

6. Exports and confidentiality

You may export lead data for your internal sales workflow. You are responsible for how exported data is stored, shared, and imported into other systems.

7. Changes to the service

We may update the service, plans, pricing, data sources, scoring, or features over time. If a material change affects active paid customers, we will make a reasonable effort to provide notice.
