1. What we collect

We collect account information such as name, work email, company name, billing email, plan, territory settings, watch rules, digest recipients, feedback, and product activity needed to operate the service.

2. Public provider data

ProviderMove Radar processes public provider records and derived sales signals. The product is designed for business-to-business sales intelligence and should not be used to store patient information. Do not upload or enter protected health information into the service.

3. Payments

Payment processing is handled by Stripe. We do not store full card numbers. Stripe may process payment and billing information according to its own terms and privacy practices.

4. Email

We use email to send account verification, password reset instructions, weekly digests, billing messages, support replies, and product notices. You can contact support to adjust digest recipients.

5. Analytics and logs

We may use Vercel Analytics and standard server logs to understand page usage, diagnose errors, protect against abuse, and improve the product. These tools may collect technical information such as page URL, browser, device, approximate location, and request metadata.

6. How we use information

We use information to operate workspaces, match leads, send digests, process billing, provide support, prevent abuse, maintain security, and improve the service.

7. Sharing

We do not sell customer account data. We share information with service providers needed to run the product, such as hosting, database, email delivery, analytics, and payment processing providers. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect the service.

8. Retention

We keep account, billing, usage, and lead workflow information as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and maintain backups. Public source data and derived records may be retained for product quality and auditability.
